The site should work for everyone.
This statement covers both the website seeyousoon.se and the app. Here is what we do, what we know falls short, and how you tell us.
What this statement covers
The website seeyousoon.se and the SeeYouSoon app, both in the browser at app.seeyousoon.se and as an app on your phone.
The law and our goal
Timmarna Platform stands independently as a micro-enterprise (fewer than 10 employees and no more than EUR 2 million in annual turnover) under sections 6 and 10 of the Act (2023:254) on the accessibility of certain products and services, based on the owner's statement on 2026-11-03 that he is neither an owner, board member nor authorised signatory of GÖTA TRANSPORT 24 AB and only works there (which matches the public board register); no exemption notice is therefore sent to the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS). At the same time, the Discrimination Act (2008:567) applies in full to the service, and we work voluntarily towards EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.2 level AA.
What we do on the site
The whole site can be used with the keyboard alone, and the focus outline is always visible. We use real HTML structure with heading levels and landmarks so screen readers can navigate. The price calculators announce their results via aria-live, so an updated total is read out. The receipts have text alternatives describing the whole calculation in words. The grey help text has a contrast of at least 4.5:1 against the background, in both dark and light mode, and no information is conveyed by colour alone or motion alone.
What we do in the app
- Under Profile › Accessibility you can make the text larger, up to 200%, and turn on high contrast, reduced motion and a simpler mode.
- You can pinch to zoom.
- The app has a dark and a light theme, and the contrast is raised in both.
- The booking and payment fields have names that a screen reader reads out.
- When a dialog is open, the keyboard stays inside it until you close it.
- A screen reader does not read out the whole screen at every change, only the lines that say what has happened.
Motion
Most things that move on the site stop by themselves: receipts print once, nothing flashes and nothing plays with sound. A few things move in a loop: the logo's eye blinks every few seconds, the pictures at the top of several pages are short films without sound, and in the footer the receipt moves and a green dot pulses. All of it stops when you choose reduced motion in your operating system; everything else is then shown in its final state at once. You can also turn motion off yourself with the Motion: on / off button at the bottom of every page; the choice is saved in your browser.
Dark and light mode
The site is dark by default. The button with the sun in the header switches to a light mode with the same contrast requirements, and the choice is saved in your browser.
What we know falls short
- The app can only be used in portrait on a phone. Landscape will come later.
- Receipts as PDF are not tagged, so a screen reader may have trouble reading them.
- The support chat is a page from another provider, CX Genie. We have not checked how accessible it is.
- When you identify yourself with BankID, BankID shows its own screens, which we do not control.
- The customer's booking and payment have been checked with a screen reader. Other parts of the app have not yet had a full review.
- Neither the site nor the app has yet been audited by an independent party or tested by people who use screen readers. This is planned.
- The comparison table on the comparison page requires sideways scrolling on small screens.
- The sliders in the price calculators are fine-grained and can be hard to hit exactly with a mouse. They can be stepped with the arrow keys, so nothing requires dragging.
